A Montessori Approach to Early Spanish Language Learning for Ages 3–6
Our Primary Spanish Immersion classroom introduces children to the Spanish language through daily, hands-on Montessori work, purposeful conversation, and a rich, language-focused environment. Designed for both beginners and native speakers, the program supports natural acquisition through routine, repetition, and meaningful connection. Families across Central Iowa choose this option for its blend of authentic Montessori practice and a warm, immersive bilingual experience.
Primary Spanish Immersion
In an increasingly multilingual and multi-cultural society, Montessori Children’s House offers a Primary Spanish Immersion program for ages 3 to 6 years. This program is designed to expose the child to the Spanish language in the carefully prepared environment of a Montessori classroom. This program welcomes children who have no prior knowledge of Spanish as well as children who come from a Spanish background. Class time is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.
